چکیده

Sazetak Saobracajni traumatizam predstavlja jedan od vodecih epidernioloskih problema kako u razvijcnim zcmljama. tako i u zernljarna u razvoju. Procenjuje se da u svetu svakog dana u saobracajnim nesrecama pogine I 308 ljudi. Do saobracajnih nesreca dovode faktori puta. vozila i Ijudski faktor, koji se sam iIi udruzen sa drugim faktorima javlja u preko 90% nesreca. U periodu 1992-2001. godina u Vojvodini su se zadrzali izrazito nepovoljne tendencije povredivanja i umiranja u saobracajnim nesrecama. Ucesce nastradalih biciklista, kao a ucesce putnika i pesaka rnedu nastradalima je znatno vece nego u razvijenim zernljama. Najugozenija uzrasna grupa je 20-29 godina medu nastradalirna, dok su medu poginulima gotovo podjednako ugrozene sve osobe starije od 199odina. Muskarci su znatno ugrozeniji od zena. Najvise nesreca se dogada u ranim jesenjim mesecima, petkom i subotorn, u ranim vecernjim satima. Najvise lica nastrada u naselju. u opstinama duz puta Subotica-Beograd. Autonomna Pokrajina Vojvodina ima najvisu stopu poginulih u saobracajnim nesrecarna na 10 000 vozila u Evropi 6,91.
